Chief Charles Ukoette
Founder, Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board
Chief Charles Ukoette is the visionary founder of CLEDD Nigeria Limited, where he serves as Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board. As the company’s largest shareholder, he has been instrumental in guiding CLEDD to its current position as a trusted leader in Nigeria’s energy and offshore support industry.
Before founding CLEDD, Chief Ukoette gained diverse industry experience, beginning his career as an operator with Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited. He later transitioned into finance, working as an Accountant at the Ministry of Defence Headquarters in Lagos, before moving into the maritime and engineering sector as a Purchasing Officer and Project Coordinator at Dredging International Company Limited, Port Harcourt.
Chief Ukoette’s academic background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, a Higher National Diploma in Accounting, a National Diploma in Accounting, and a General Certificate of Education; a solid foundation that supports his strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
With over a decade of leadership experience, Chief Ukoette remains deeply committed to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable business practices, driving CLEDD Nigeria Limited’s continued success in the highly competitive offshore services market.
